Zuki Mahmuljin
Zuki is the principal and owner of Maple Ventures, LLC (dba Maple Ventures). Raised in Vermont, he has always called New England home. Growing up and working alongside his dad, he learned the value of hard work through helping his dad with plumbing jobs and handy man work throughout his upbringing.
When it came down to selecting a college, he leaned on his prowess in math and science to choosing an engineering degree. Having quickly fallen in love with Boston, he attended Northeastern University where he was an honors student and finished with a Civil Engineering degree and a minor in Business Administration.
He worked for a number of years as a civil engineer followed most recently by a pivot into the real estate development realm, managing projects ranging from small scale retrofits/improvements to large scale multi-hundred million dollar developments. In this time, he managed diverse teams of consultants, vendors, and contractors, coordinating multi-disciplinary efforts and complex budgets. He delivered multiple projects while being in charge of day-to-day operations, accounting and finance, scheduling, risk assessment, and delivering for both clients and investors alike.
Today he lives in Cambridge, MA with his wife Abby, and young daughter Margot. They love to travel and explore the outdoors – as soon as Margot is ready for a hiking pack, they are excited to continue their quest of the New Hampshire 4,000 footers!
